Membership Details
Some items to remember when becoming a member:
Upon purchasing a membership, the membership will be linked to the account you set-up during the purchase process.
All bookings are best made online, however you can reserve a bay by phone or in-person at our location. Be sure to mention your membership when not booking online.
Memberships auto-renew monthly on the same date of purchase.
Cancel anytime. Cancellations can be made through your online user account or by contacting The Spot both in-person or phone.
Memberships that have been charged are non-refundable once processed. You will retain access until the expiration date. Which is the date you originally purchased a membership.
Membership is not transferable.
Members are required to cancel any unneeded reservations at least twelve (12) hours in advance. Failing to do so can result in those uncancelled booking hour(s) being charged.
Members that bring more than included guest numbers during Member Only hours can be charged an additional $25 per guest, per hour.
Members are required to stick to the bay selected in their reservation, with their guests (as applicable) for the duration of their reservation. If members decide to use multiple bays during their visit, The Spot reserves the right to charge additional booking hours up to $60/hr.
