Answers to common questions about The Spot in Shakopee, MN: what to bring, food and drink policy, payment, shoes, and booking a simulator bay.

  • Yes, please bring your golf clubs, baseball bats and lacrosse/hockey sticks. We provide the equipment for other games including archery, hunting, basketball, soccer, dodgeball, croquet, football, bowling and mini-games.

  • We offer light bites and drinks designed to enjoy while you play. We allow two exceptions for birthday parties and private events:

    • Store-bought cakes or cupcakes: Welcome at no additional charge (please let us know in advance). Guests are responsible for bringing in any plates and silverware.

    • Outside catering (private events only): If you would like to bring in outside catering for a private event, please notify us at least 1 week in advance. We will assist with ordering and coordination.

      • Food delivery to The Spot (i.e pizza delivery): A 10% fee based on the total catering cost applies.

      • Pickup at restaurant by The Spot staff: A 20% fee based on the total catering cost applies.

  • Our 4 bays run on HD Golf’s industry-leading system with HD Sport Suite expansion. Advanced camera tracking delivers +0.1-degree accuracy for realistic play, seamlessly switching between golf mastery and multi-sport action. All enhanced by drinks and light food for ultimate fun.

  • Yes! Level up your next event with a high-energy simulator venue built for groups of all sizes. From birthday parties to private events, we have go you covered. Contact us for more details.

  • We are a card-only facility. We accept all major credit and debit cards (and mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay). This helps us keep service fast and secure for everyone.

  • Yes, we do require that those playing on our simulators, have shoes or socks on. Socks are available for purchase on site. $2 a pair
